What does your web designer need to start? We will need you to create a Shopify account. If you haven't done so yet, please do so. Our designer will need your Shopify URL (will end in .myshopify.com), your login email, and password. We will also need you to include your logo, product photos (if you have them), and some information about yourself.
How long does the design process take?
Depending on how many websites are in our design queue to produce, we are typically finished between less than 7 days.
How much input do I have in the creation of the site?
Please put anything you want to include in the web design questionnaire. Our designers will work off of the information they receive within the questionnaire.
Do you upload my products?
We upload up to 20 products. We will create your Collections of products and setup your site to begin making sales.
What if I want things changed on the site after it's completed?
As soon as our designer reaches out that the site is completed, please let him know the changes you would like. Changes requested after a week of completion are not included in the web design package and are at the designers discretion.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a no questions asked money back guarantee prior to the site being built. However, once your site is complete and you approve the site, the sale is final.
Can I have you build my store at a later time?
Absolutely. You have up to a year to claim your Done For You website. Prices are constantly increasing on our Web Design package to match demand. If you purchase today you will lock in the price and have us start within 12 months. If you decide at a later time that you do not want us to build you a store, we offer a no questions asked refund policy.
